To be eligible for self referral you should be a family, “Families – refers to low-income families with children of a care leaver under 25 years of age.
As part of the self-referral today we will ask you for some details about yourself and the issue you are looking for help with. We will use this information to provide you with advice as well as to improve our service and inform our campaigns.
